An important alert from Fort Collins Police came into the email group from my neighborhood in Fort Collins.

If you love food, than you should probably circle March 1st-14th on your calendar because you'll probably be going out to eat in Fort Collins...a lot. Great Plates Of Downtown 2013 starts Friday March 1st. It's a great excuse to try a ton of restaurants that you've never tried before, or just to return to your favorite haunts. Want to know what restaurants are participating?

This will be your last chance to enjoy the spectacle that is the holiday lights display in Old Town Fort Collins. (Maybe a romantic Valentine’s Day stroll is in order?) According to the City of Fort Collins the lights will be on through Sunday night (Feb. 17, 2013) and will start to be taken down on Monday.

With children its always hard to figure out what to do on New Years, let me introduce you to First Night in Fort Collins.

I think we can all agree that the holiday lights that get hung in Old Town Fort Collins  are beautiful. Even if you ‘bah-humbug’ the Christmas season, you have to admit that those lights give a magical feel to the area. But are all those pretty lights worth $75,000? Without funding there might be no lights in Old Town this Christmas.

HopOn, a new bicycle taxi service is coming to Old Town Fort Collins offering free rides. The new company will begin Old Town service in April with bicycle taxis similar to pedicabs that can accommodate two adults and a child, according to the Coloradoan.

Revelers in Fort Collins may have to alter their plans as one of the bars in Old Town has been shut down- if only temporarily- for liquor license violations. Read More and tell us what you think!

Santa's workshop opened for business over the weekend in Old Town Square in downtown Fort Collins. Kids can visit Santa Wednesdays through Sundays between Noon and 6pm. A professional photographer will be on hand to capture those unforgettable moments with Santa.
