Colorado Storm Snow Totals

With parts of the state receiving up to 50 inches of snow in the last 48 hours, Northern Colorado was spared the brunt of the storm, with the Denver area getting hit much harder. Fort Collins and Loveland picked up much more than did Greeley and Windsor. DIA is reportedly getting back to business usual. Click ahead for area snow totals.

‘Girls Gone Wild’ Creator Threatens to Sue Madonna

As if Madonna didn’t have enough to stress about this week. The ‘Give Me All Your Luvin’‘ singer has her much-hyped Super Bowl performance to look forward to tomorrow (Feb. 5), and now she has an issue that may distract her from her rehearsals. The creator of the infamous ‘Girls Gone Wild’ video series, Joe Francis, is threatening to sue Madge if she sings her new track ‘Girls Gone Wild’ during her halftime show.

This video brings back memories from my childhood in West Virginia when the family would go up to Charles Yeager airport and watch the planes taking off and landing. Commercial air travel was relatively new back then and I remember watching the massive aircraft take off and wondering how airplanes worked. As an adult, I still get a thrill

Blockbuster Closing Loveland Store

Another video rental store is closing up shop. Blockbuster at 1107 Eagle Drive in Loveland is slated to close February 19. Several Blockbuster stores closed in Fort Collins after the company went bacnkrupt in 2010.

Will the chain close any other Colorado stores this year?
