Timnath Fire Department Called out to Fire Today
This morning the Poudre Fire Authority responded to a two-alarm fire at the Old Colorado Feed & Grain Building in Timnath.
According to their Twitter feed, four people escaped the blaze and no one was injured.

NORTHEAST COLORADO — Maintenance crews from the Colorado Department of Transportation’s northeast region of the state are on the roads clearing the remnants of the storm. Roads near Boulder, Fort Collins, Greeley, and Loveland are slushy with some icy patches and there are still high winds blowing.

The Coloradoan is reporting that CSU has started up the first of what would be a series of bike repair stations.

The wind is reeking havoc in the Colorado Mountains and all along the Front Range. A High Wind Warning is in effect until tomorrow morning. Highway 287 and Highway 85 were both closed last night, but have since been re-opened. I-25 from the Wyoming border to Cheyenne is restricted for high-profile vehicles or light trailers this morning. I-25 North of Cheyenne is closed due to winter conditions.

This is just bizarre. My iPhone is ringing about every half hour. It did it all night obviously disrupting my sleep. It rings twice then stops and doesn't show any 'recent' calls.

As many of you know, I suffered a concussion from a fall this past week and was not able to focus with my normal laser like precision. At the advice of my Doctors, I took some days off.

You know I read about the concerns of coaches and parents and the increasing frequency of concussions suffered during sports, especially football games. Their concerns are understandable, who else is going to take care of our kids if it's not their adult mentors?
