Reminder From the City of Loveland: Igniting Personal Fireworks Is Prohibited in Loveland and All of Colorado
The City of Loveland wants to remind us that personal fireworks are illegal in Loveland and all of Colorado. Due to an executive order by Colorado Gov. John Hickenlooper, the use of personal fireworks in the City of Loveland and throughout the state of Colorado is prohibited until further notice. Loveland’s annual July 4th fireworks celebration at North Lake Park will be presented as planned. Read

The Board of Larimer County Commissioners approved a ban on the sale and use of fireworks and public fireworks displays for unincorporated western Larimer County (north to south), effective Saturday, June 16, 2012 when former restrictions are set to expire. Open Fires are already restricted through September 30, 2012.
