The High Park Fire has become the most destructive fire in Colorado history. Its affects stretch far and wide and views from the plains are a daily reminder that the crews do not yet have it contained.

Community efforts are only beginning to form. Northern Colorado is a wonderfully supportive network that has reached across the globe in past years to help victims of tragedies like Huricaine Katrina, tsunamis and more. When it comes to support, there is no lack of it here. Since this tragedy has hit us where we live, we can expect the efforts to multiply.

Donations can be made to the American Red Cross.

A local Donations Collection Center has also opened.

Recycled Cycles offered free bicycle rentals for those in need.

2nd Chance Thrift Store is giving away goods to those who need it.

If you or your business are making donations, giving away anything or if you want to let anyone know how you are helping, please post a comment below, and thank you!
