There are two versions of me.

The old, 'I-don't-reach-out-for-help' version.

And the new and improved, 'how-can-I-make-this-easier-on-myself' version.

I much prefer the new and improved version. It just makes things easier.

It simply doesn't matter what it is that we need help with. The only thing that counts is that we ask the right person, and they are going to make the journey that much easier.

A personal trainer is one great example of a person who is just waiting to help us. A counselor or psychologist is another. There is someone who wants to help us in every category. Some of them we have to pay. Others are free.
