What do personal trainers do for us?

If you can't answer that question and you have any physical goals you want to achieve, then you should try one.

I've had numerous in the past, and the thing that always strikes me is what I can do with the help, as opposed to without it. The comparison is not even close. With a trainer, after a few weeks, I look in the mirror and am often taken aback by what I see. Without a trainer, honestly, that doesn't happen very much. With a trainer, even though they push me really hard during the workouts, the workouts still somehow become easier. Without one, because I am just not good at pushing myself as hard as they will push me, most workouts are kind of a struggle.

Everything, from staying in shape to other areas of remaining happy, is so much easier with help, and personal trainers are pretty much just professional helpers.
