Asking for help is the new 'I don't need no damn help.'

It brings vulnerability to the table, which, contrary to belief, is much more empowering than standing alone, like an island. Being vulnerable takes real courage. And real courage is the seed of great results.

I have enjoyed better results with help than without. In fact, it's not even close.

In this documentary, I talk about my alcoholism, and how the recovery from it taught me to ask for help in more areas than I ever thought to. There are direct results in it, and also indirect results.

That is part 2 of the documentary, where I focus on the power of asking for help. I wanted to win a race. I asked for help, and took as much as people would give to me. If you would like to catch up on the whole story, here is part 1.
