Dare To Lose: Get in Shape With us at Miramont Lifestyle Fitness in 2013

This past year for many in our radio family, the commitment to leading a healthier lifestyle and sticking with it has proven to be a bit of a challenge. With the start of a new year comes a new commitment to better health, but this year we decided to come up with a way to make sure it actually happens. Enter Dare to Lose, a fitness challenge in progress to help get our DJs get in shape along with teams of our listeners. Here’s a look at the radio personalities leading each team as they workout at Miramont Lifestyle Fitness. Bryce is an ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer with an Associates of Occupational Studies, Personal Training from Heritage College in Denver. With three years experience in professional fitness training Bryce has the experience and knowledge to help you reach your fitness potential.

Nutritionist â Amy Lemezis
Amy helps Miramont members indentify and stick with a nutritional plan that will help them achieve their fitness goals. With a degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics, Jenny is a member of both the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and The Colorado Dietetic Association. She will help our Dare to Lose participants make healthy choices in and out of the kitchen!
