I love it when a plan comes together.

I'm not trying to go all A-Team on you, but I do love it when things work out.

Especially when it comes to working out. I keep going on the air with simple guarantees, and I want you to know I don't make them lightly. Not at all.

But it's very simple. If you join a workout program that is put together by good, solid, modern fitness professionals, you show up when you are supposed to and just do what you are told, you will see results. It works every time. It's heartening, because it means that no matter where you are in your fitness journey, you are still only six weeks away from making major, noticeable progress for the better.

It shows in our Miramont Team Challenge participants. They've been on a program of two 1/2 hour workouts per week (we recommend they do one more, but I'm not sure if they have or not) since the beginning of October. Upon publishing this article and video you can see that they have no questions as to whether or not they've made progress or not. They know they have.

It works, and if done properly, it works every time.

The best advice. Ask for help. You aren't supposed to know what it takes to be fit, unless you are a fitness professional. You go on being professional in whatever you do, and have a trainer tell you what to do at the club. And trust me, it will work!
