This week we held our special radio station golf tournament at Ptarmigan Country Club and had quite the time with our golfers showing off their trick shots. Some made us nervous while others were downright hilarious, but we picked our favorites and put together a little video to show them off. Luckily no windows were broken, and no one left the course in the meat wagon!

Did anyone ever ask you to watch a long, boring video on Youtube? Did you ever want to react by lighting your own beard on fire (or something)? When it comes to those '...you have to watch this...' moments, there is etiquette. I better be laughing  within 10 seconds. Or the video should be less than 1 minute.

I was programming and doing a morning show, with my then wife Barb, at a radio station in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Sunny 106. It was your atypical Adult Contemporary (soft hits) radio station in the early to mid-eighties.

My passion is music and in my humble opinion, The Voice on NBC is by far the best of the singing competitions. The singers are all accomplished and are accompanied by professional music productions.

I first posted about these guys here when I discovered their 'cello' version of Michael Jackson's 'Smooth Criminal'. Absolutely amazing. They've since become an international sensation thanks to You Tube. These two men are amazing musicians, but have also brought a new generation to the power of classical music by performing popular music on their cellos.

I think "Hollywood" by Michael Buble is one of the catchiest songs to come along in a long time. I did research trying to find out who wrote it, but haven't been able to find who the composer is or if indeed Buble wrote the song. If you know, please leave a comment below.
