This past weekend (Sept 14/15) was supposed to be the 14th Annual Sustainable Living Fair in Fort Collins- Drew was going to broadcast live from the event on Saturday- BUT because of the 2013 Colorado Flood- Legacy Park was underwater, and The Sustainable Living Association had to cancel the event. With the recent flooding there is a lot of rebuilding and a lot of road construction to be done. There are a limited number of roads to get into Estes Park, Colorado to begin with, but as of right now, there is only one way. That one way is a road which usually closes for the season in October and is currently only open to emergency personnel. (It closed on October 17th last year.)

Call me insensitive, but I do remember when the floods started getting bad on Friday afternoon, asking a few friends if we should get out the tubes we use during the summer to go down the river, and using them to tube down the flooded streets. Seems like I wasn't the only one with mischievous ideas... The difference is these people actually did crazy stuff...
