This past weekend (Sept 14/15) was supposed to be the 14th Annual Sustainable Living Fair in Fort Collins- Drew was going to broadcast live from the event on Saturday- BUT because of the 2013 Colorado Flood- Legacy Park was underwater, and The Sustainable Living Association had to cancel the event.

But on Wednesday (Sept 18) you can still help out SLA!

With the 2013 Colorado Flood, many events had to be cancelled; including The Sustainable Living Fair set for September 15 and 16. Above, you can see how the venue for the event, Legacy Park, fell victim to the rising waters of The Poudre.

From The Coloradoan:

The money will help with the losses, estimated at more than $50,000 just in ticket sales for the event, [SLA Executive Director Kellie] Falbo said.

But on WEDNESDAY, September 18th- YOU can still help SLA raise funds. to help them continue their mission.  According to The Coloradoan, Whole Foods of Fort Collins will be donating 5% of ALL sales to the organization!

Plus, as you head out to FORToberFest this weekend, look for the Sustainable Living Fair's booth- and purchase glasses, t-shirts and such to help them out!
