Timnath is excited to invite residents and non residents alike to their official lighting ceremony.

The event takes place Friday, December 5 from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. in Old Town Timnath.

Holiday revelers should bundle up and plan to enjoy a full two hours of music and holiday cheer. Choirs from Timnath Presbyterian, Bethke Elementary and Timnath Elementary will prepare the crowd for the tree lighting. Attendees can warm up with a chili cook-off, warm drinks and cookies. Then, hop on a sleigh ride through town. A holiday celebration wouldn’t be complete without a visit from Santa who will be available for photos at no additional cost.  The evening will also serve to accept donations for Santa Cops and Larimer County Food Bank.

For more information, visit the Town of Timnath website at http://timnath-co.gov/ or call (970) 224-3211.
