A Fort Collins group is partnering with the Holiday Twin Drive-In Theater and The Regional restaurant to deliver a memorable experience that gives back to local restaurants struggling during the pandemic.

Fortified Collaborations has put their head together with Regional Restaurant owner Kevin Grossi to deliver a one-of-a-kind dinner experience. In a press release they say the space at the Holiday Twin will seem transformed. They're under-booking so they have room for cars to pull up next to a bistro table that will be set for 4 diners.

Stephanie Webb, of Holiday Twin said in a press release: “The Holiday Twin is delighted to host the Fortified Cinema Bistro on August 16th. Helping our locally owned restaurants is one of the ways we’re supporting our community in these unprecedented times. This will be a unique and fun way to gather safely and enjoy chef Kevin Grossi’s delicious creations.”

The evening starts with wine, cocktails, appetizers and live music from Max Mackey as the sun sets. Then, they'll serve the dinner entree, a sweet tea chicken as you enjoy the classic movie "The Great Outdoors."
