June is National Internet Safety Month. If you think about how many passwords we need to take part in our digital world, and what might happen if one of the essential passwords fell into the wrong hands, keeping ourselves protected becomes a priority.

The problem often arises from the fact that there are TOO many passwords to remember, so we duplicate one to use for most of our logins just so we can remember what it is. A criminal finds one from a less protected site and then perhaps looks to see if works for any financial sites you are tied to.

It's scary, but there are things you can do to protect yourself. Mike Prusinski is the Senior VP of Corporate Communications for Lifelock. You may remember a few years back the CEO of that company publicly listing his Social Security number to prove how good Lifelock is at protecting people's identities. Well, Mike talks with us about how to keep people protected.

We appreciate the information from Mike Prusinski, and remember, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure!!
