How Is the Government Shutdown Affecting Colorado Flood Recovery? [VIDEO]

When he visited Colorado last month, Vice President Joe Biden told us none of the Federal flood relief efforts in the state would be affected if the government shut down.  Turns out that wasn't entirely true...

In fact, efforts have been scaled back to the extent that the state of Colorado has to reach into its own funds to keep relief workers on the job.
