Would or Did You Use a Midwife and Doula? [POLL]

It may be sooner than later that my wife and I hear the pitter patter of little feet. She's not pregnant yet, but probably will be in the next two years.

Many of my friends have done natural home births with midwives and doulas. Is this something you would consider?
