Next week, the moon will not only be crossing in front of the sun, but it will do so at almost its farthest point from Earth, making a rare "ring of fire" solar eclipse.

So will we be able to look up and witness this amazing celestial event in the Colorado sky?

Unfortunately, no.  The eclipse will only be visible in Antarctica and Australia.

But that doesn't mean we have to miss it entirely.  Enter...THE INTERNET!

Websites like slooh.com will be streaming the eclipse live, so we don't have to fly to Australia to see it!
