Social networks have been around forever. 10 years ago, they were your friends, family, and colleagues. Now they are the people on your digital friend list, the ones you follow, and the ones you are linked to. For businesses, if you are falling behind on the big social networks, you probably cringe when you hear or think about them. You know you have to do it, but you' re not sure just what you need to do. Right? Understandable.

Hey, I'm in radio, a medium that has been producing social content for almost 100 years, and even for me it took some getting used to. Facebook wasn't difficult for me, but Twitter was. Now that I've spent some time with it, I get it, but at first, not so much.
