Rodney Atkins Headlines High Park Fire Benefit Tonight
K99 has helped to put together the Make it Rain – High Park Fire Benefit Concert tonight at the Ranch, and Rodney Atkins has been revealed as the “Mystery Artist” who will headline the show.
Joining Atkins tonight are: Steve Holy, The Lost Trailers, Dean Dillon, Due West and Jaida Dreyer.
The event and parking are free tonight, but donations are encouraged to support victims of the High Park Fire.
Doors open at 4 p.m. The Show starts at 5.
Aurora Residents of Holmes’ Apartment Building Returning to their Homes
Residents who live in the same apartment building as the accused theater shooter are being allowed back home after investigators spent days making sure the apartment and the complex were safe.
Help for High Park Fire Vicitms
Larimer County will hold a public update meeting for High Park Fire survivors on Thursday, August 2nd beginning at 6:30p.m. in the Hearing Room, 1st floor, Larimer County Courthouse Offices Building at 200 West Oak Street, Fort Collins for information to help people through the ‘Insurance: Rebuilding and Recovery Process.’
In order to decrease the number of impaired drivers on Colorado roadways and to prevent alcohol related traffic fatalities, the Larimer County Sheriff’s Office will be conducting roving DUI checkpoints this Friday.
The checkpoints are part of the Colorado Department of Transportation Checkpoint Colorado campaign, also known as 100 Days of Heat.
Larimer County Fair Parade Grand Marshal Announced
Everett VanCampen is the 2012 Parade Grand Marshal for the Larimer County Fair & PRCA Rodeo.
VanCampen ran the 4-H Carnival and is a retired member of the Fair Board. The paradeis July 28th at 9:30am in downtown Loveland.
