The Colorado Legislature 2013 lawmaking session begins today. On the agenda: Gun control, Taxes, Illegal immigration, Gay rights, and even lowering the drinking age from 21 to 18. House Speaker Mark Ferrandino and Senate President John Morse said they’ll start with a focus on jobs and the recovering economy.
