With Peyton Manning on his way to the Mile High City, and speculations of a 5 year, $95 million contract, Tim Tebow's days as the Broncos QB are over. He had an okay run. His reign at the helm of Denver wasn't exactly pretty, even if his results and his attitude were. Now the Broncos will try to unload him.

Some out of the box thinking leads me to believe he may be worth more on the team than as a trade prospect. Watching film on him is not going to make many scouts encourage their GM's to open the vault. With Tim Tebow's attitude, plus his athletic ability and size, it may be a good idea to move him to tight end. His value for the Broncos could be much higher on the roster than in any trade move. Everyone will agree, he is the kind of guy you want on the team.

His size is a just slightly under the average for NFL tight ends, but he is tough and slippery. The argument for him has always been his superhuman athleticism. We haven't seen him catch passes, but I doubt he would have any trouble.

I wonder if Tim Tebow would insist on playing quarterback, or if he just wants to play football. And when I say 'play' football, I mean play in actual games, not just in practice. Most murmurs of his movement make him the backup.

I may be grasping at straws, but I love Tebow, and I love him even more as a Bronco, no matter what position he plays.
