My daily commute takes me east on Highway 14 (Mulberry) and south on 257(becomes 7th Street in Windsor). Each day, as I made that right turn, the Rocky Mountain skyline in the western sky took my breath away. Long's Peak soared into the sky like a pyramid. It sometimes brought tears to my eyes.

I was struck by how the same landscape takes on a different look every day. Some days were clear blue. On other days, you wouldn't even know that one of the most majestic mountain ranges in the world starts about a dozen miles east of where I was driving.

After years of doing this, I was finally inspired to start the photography project that you see in the video above. Since I'm passing this way at the same time every day, it would be interesting to document the changing look of this incredible view. It turned out better than I could ever imagine!
