We've been having a relatively mild winter thus far. Sure there have been some cold and windy days, but no really heavy snowfalls thus far.

That's why this story from China caught my eye.

It's like our own Boulder Polar Bears who take a dip in ice cold waters, but look at what they've created for their Ice Festival.

An absolutely amazing city of ice in one of China's coldest regions.

It's a joy to look beyond our own borders and discover the many cultural riches that others bring to the table and realize we are truly a global community.
