Green Minstrel to appear at NewWestFest This Weekend [VIDEO]

TRI 102.5 will be on site at NewWestFest all weekend long, and we'll be doing a live broadcast on Saturday from noon to 2pm. We'll be in the Kids Zone in Old Town Square to help celebrate NewWestFest and all that is Fort Collins.

I will be broadcasting live on TRI 102.5 and will be bringing along my alter ego the Green Minstrel from the Green Radventures Kids Book Apps to help entertain the kids (and possibly adults).  Our apps are kids story book apps for a happy planet! We celebrate the Earth by discussing issues of sustainability and green living for the benefit of all.

The kids book apps are highly interactive and filled with fun original music. Each one has the main characters embarking on a 'Radventure' that ends up teaching the user something about reducing, reusing, recycling, gardening, bicycling and more. I created the Green Minstrel based on my likeness so that I could bring him to life for appearances like NewWestFest,  for school presentations and so he could come to life on Youtube. The ability to have a character from the story that can speak to fans anytime has created some special connections, as I started making videos for specific fans to thank them for enjoying our app, and to play some music for them.
