Get your groove on with Mark Sloniker, when he performs live on Saturday, August 8, as part of the free, eight- week Sounds of Summer Concert Series at the Front Range Village in Fort Collins.

This summer concert series, which takes place from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. on the lawn next to Mary's Mountain Cookies, features a popular local band every Saturday through August 29.

Sloniker is an accomplished jazz artist who has played numerous stages and respected venues all across the United States and abroad too. He is known for his diverse musical abilities – from his piano skills, to jazz trios, to full-on symphony orchestra concerts, this is one versatile and talented musician. Receiving his degree in Music Therapy from Colorado State University, Sloniker now calls Colorado home and frequents many local venues, both solo and with his group. If you plan on checking out Saturday evening's concert, don't forget to bring a comfy lawn chair or blanket to sit on while enjoying the show.
