Wednesday, January 21 at 6:30 pm, Dr. Mumme will expound on complex border issues including immigration, national security, and recent water disputes on the Rio Grande and Colorado Rivers in his presentation “US/Mexico Border Relations” at Global Village Museum.

Dr. Steve Mumme is a specialist in US/Mexican trans boundary water diplomacy and environmental relations and a past president of both the Association for Borderlands Studies and the Rocky Mountain Council for Latin American Studies.
