Clay Aiken Running for Congress

Clay Aiken, runner up in season two of American Idol, is now running for Congress. He will be challenging Renee Ellmers, the Republican incumbent in North Carolina's 2nd District.

Aiken spells out his platform and talks about his abusive father in the video above.

"For most Americans, there are no golden tickets. At least not like the kind you see on TV. More families are struggling today than at any time in our history,"
