City of Loveland Yard Debris Cart Collection Service Available Soon for Spring Clean-Up

Just in time for the nice weather, and some spring clean-up in the yard, the City of Loveland's yard debris cart service will begin April 2nd. Subscribers of the service can set out their yard debris cars each week during the season.

There are a few things to keep in mind.

Acceptable Yard Debris

• Grass clippings, leaves, garden trimmings and small branches (cut to fit into cart)
• Loaded cart must weigh less than 250 pounds
• Cart lid must close

Unacceptable Yard Wastes

• Soil
• Food wastes
• Pet wastes
• Plastic bags
• Trash, rocks or metal
• Ashes (hot or cold)
• Oversized branches, stumps or lumber
