Most tattoo parlors won’t tattoo anyone under the age of 18 without parental consent, but a shop in Highlands ranch made an exception for Colorado’s Olympic medal-winning Missy Franklin.

According to Fox31 she just tattooed the Olympic rings on her hip to help remind her of her Olympic success.
