A body was found last night in Arvada while searchers were looking for Jessica Ridgeway. The body was discovered in the Pattridge Park open space at West 82nd Avenue and Quaker Street in Arvada. Police wouldn’t confirm last night if the body found was Jessica.

That determination is expected to be announced today.

Earlier Wednesday, authorities said they believed Jessica had been abducted. She disappeared Friday on what should have been a short walk to school in Westminster.

A flashlight vigil is planned at Fort Collins City Park to honor the missing 10-year-old for 7 p.m. tonight at the pavilion near the frog statues on the east side of the park.
