At What Age Do You Let Your Kids Stay Home Alone?

Between August 19 and 29, kids will be released from schools in Poudre School District two hours earlier to beat the summer heat in simmering classrooms.

The kids are rejoicing. Some parents are wondering what they'll do with those kids during times that they didn't normally have to account for them. Some after school programs and child care options are going to step up to the plate with more offerings, and some kids may just end out hanging out at home by themselves.

It begs the question, when do you let you kids stay home by themselves?
