A 35-year-old cyclist was struck and killed Saturday (June 25, 2016), allegedly by a driver who was already on probation for "Driving While Ability Impaired (DWAI)." According to 9 News, 24-year-old Callie Kuhasz, is being accused of hitting and killing Williams Davis on Saturday, just after 5 p.m. just outside of Boulder.

Kuhasz is accused of leaving the scene of the accident and refused to cooperate with investigators. Only 5 beers were found remaining in a 30-oack of Busch Light on the passenger floorboard of her car, and her passenger claims to have been sleeping at the time of the accident.

 

Kuhasz is on probation in connection with a drunk driving arrest in March of this year (2016), where she was stopped at 3 a.m. on a Saturday, failing a field sobriety test and blowing a 0.076 an hour after her arrest, while she was claiming to only have had 2 beers.
