75 New Homes to be Built in Fort Collins

If you've even glanced at the housing market in Fort Collins recently, you know how short the supply (and high the demand) is.  Maybe this news will help alleviate some of that.

The Coloradoan reports that 75 new single-family homes are going to be built on the Northwest corner of Drake and TImberline in Fort Collins.

(Midtown Homes) has been working on a plan for the property for more than a year and is working its way through Fort Collins' planning process. The area is a hotbed of activity right now, with construction of McWhinney Inc.'s Trails at Timberline apartments and Gino Campana's Bucking Horse development of single-family homes and town homes.
