Coloradans are now referring to this portion of I-25 as the 'Bermuda Triangle,' because regular accidents keep happening there, seemingly for no explicable reason. 

Here's a new term to add to your Coloradan vernacular. 

If you are, or have ever been a Denver commuter, you can probably attest to this. According to 9NEWS, accidents happen so frequently between Belleview Avenue and Arapahoe Road on I-25, and yet the South Metro Fire Rescue says there are no real hazards or curves in the road that would cause these unusually extreme crashes near the Tech Center.

9NEWS says the bizarre accidents, like the truck crash that caused gallons of diesel to spill out onto the road today (Nov. 14), or that tanker fire last spring, date all the way back to the 1950s -- check it out here.
