Denver is working to bring another Target store to town in a location that will have tourists thanking and praising us.

Because seriously, who doesn't love unnecessary, gluttonous bi-weekly Target runs? (No one should be raising their hand right now.)

Officials tell Denver7 that property owner Sixteen Cal LLC is finalizing a second-story lease for Target to go in on the southeast corner of 16th and California streets above Einstein Bros. and Great Clips.

The space is definitely a lot smaller than some of Denver's other Target locations - 28,000 square feet compared to the 180,000 square foot Northfield Super Target or the 134,500 square foot location on Hampden. Still, who wouldn't appreciate being able to stop by Target while shopping and dining along the 16th Street Mall? I'm not sure why this didn't happen sooner, honestly.

Also, who doesn't love job opportunities!? (BINGO! Now I've got ya.)
