The Food Bank for Larimer County was facing a serious turkey shortage this month. That has all changed thanks to the generous people that live in our community! As of last week there were only 300 turkeys donated, which was a far cry away from the 2,500 turkeys the food bank set for a goal...

We used Alton Brown's recipe for our 'early' Thanksgiving and it was remarkably delicious. It took even less than the suggested cook time for it to reach the proper temperature and it was moist the whole way through. It was amazing and easy!!!
