Survivor Lead Singer, Jimi Jamison, Dead at 63

Jimi Jamison, the voice behind the iconic "Eye of the Tiger" from the Rocky films, has died.

“Survivor is very shocked & saddened by the passing of our brother Jimi Jamison,” the band wrote on its Twitter page. “Our thoughts, love & prayers go out to his friends and family.”

According to ABCNews, he was 63 years old.
