Fasten your seat belts, it's going to be a bumpy flight.

Only a few days after Snoop Dogg's bizarre promotional single 'Hello Sunshine' went viral, Air New Zealand released a new in-flight safety video starring exercise maven and perpetually perky personality Richard Simmons.

As you might expect, the video transforms an airplane into an exercise disco, and features dance choreography, flashing lights and, if you can believe it, a surprise cameo by 'Amazing Race' host Phil Keoghan, who also dances.

This admittedly fun video is definitely helping us to overcome our fear of flying. As for our fear of Richard Simmons, well, that's a different story.

See the video below -- and also be sure to check out John Travolta's recent and controversial Qantas Airlines safety video, which has been referred to as everything from cringe-worthy to tacky by Qantas employees.
