Martin Mull. Fred Willard. The short run of Fernwood Tonight was like a precursor to the many classic Christopher Guest movies that Willard would star in. It had cerebral yet base humor that poked fun at everytyhing. I think I remember this from Nick at Nite or something. They really did preserve our television heritage. Love it when a company lives up to their positioning statement!!
