As part of my weight loss I am consuming foods with very low carbs. Dieting at the holidays is hard. There are a few healthy tricks to enjoy a few holiday favorites. Mashed cauliflower instead of mashed potatoes is one of them. I made mine with tons of roasted garlic and a little plain yogurt. Absolutely amazing. In all honesty, I liked them better than our usual garlic mashed potatoes. Try them, even if you don't normally like cauliflower.
