Mariah pregnant?

MARIAH CAREY is reportedly expecting a baby boy with husband NICK CANNON, and the multi-award winning singer will confirm the news in a forthcoming interview with OPRAY WINFREY, according to HollyBaby.com

40-year-old Carey has apparently refused to confirm the pregnancy because she is 'superstitious' and will not reveal any details until the time is right. However, an insider said, "She's having a boy, but the reason that Mariah didn't want to say anything is because she is 40, and she's superstitious. But she's going to appear on Oprah and The View, so she's planning on making the announcement soon". The source also revealed that the couple are yet to decide whether they will raise the child in New York or Los Angeles.

The news comes after SIMON COWELL claimed Carey would be perfect for a judging role on the US version of hit show 'The X Factor'. Speaking to the UK's News of the World over the weekend, Cowell said, "Mariah Carey would be an amazing addition to the US show. And she's exactly the right calibre of star that we want for the show".
