A suspect in the unsolved murder of JonBenet Ramsey was arrested on charges of sexually exploiting a child.

According to the Boulder Daily Camera, Gary Howard Oliva, 52, landed in the slammer without bond on Friday. The affidavit for his arrest alleges that he uploaded 20 or more images of graphic child pornography to a Gmail address in April. Some of the images show a girl believed to be between 4 and 7 years old engaging in sexual acts with an adult male whose face isn't shown.

This case was brought on by the Boulder Police Department - the same agency in charge of the unsolved 1996 Christmas murder of 6-year-old beauty queen JonBenet Ramsey.

Oliva was a sex offender said to have been in Boulder the night of Ramsey's murder. According to 48 Hours Investigates, he wasn't investigated by police until 4 years later when he was arrested for drug possession and carrying a stun gun - which some experts say was used to commit the murder. A friend of Oliva's said he had called him from Boulder to tell him he "had done something horrible." The friend notified police but never heard back, even though he had possession of cassette recordings of Oliva talking about hurting children.

Oliva is obviously not the only suspect in Ramsey's murder case. Just last month, the theory that Michael Helgoth, an auto salvage yard worker on the outskirts of Boulder, committed the slaying. Still, the murder remains unsolved.
