The Taste of Home Cooking School will be at the Fort Collins Lincoln Center on Tuesday (April 9, 2013) night. This American tradition has not only been teaching people to create culinary masterpieces for a long time, it has continued to update its offerings in order to include the importance of local ingredients and tastes.

I spoke with Kristin Larson, our host and culinary specialist for the big show on Tuesday night, and she told me about the incredible yet simple dishes that we'll learn about, and the  fun gifts and goodies that everyone in the crowd will take home.
