Fort Collins to Lyons – Time Lapse on Motorcycle [VIDEO]

One of our favorite loops to do is from Fort Collins to Lyons and back.

There are about a million different mountain roads you can take. Or, if the weather is like it was for us on Saturday, the roads just east of the foothills are great as well.

All the way down, we looked west and saw storms everywhere in the mountains. Our original plan was to head to Estes on 34, then take 36 down to Lyons. That's a quick jump, but thankfully we could see that it wasn't a good idea, so we stayed at lower elevations.

It was a meandering trip. I took random roads and made the decision to turn or not to turn at each intersection.

We at at Oskar Blues, played some pinball at one of the coolest little pinball places you ever saw, and checked out some galleries and the street art that is on display throughout the beautiful town of Lyons.
