City of Loveland Is Accepting Bids On Some Land

Want to own some land near south Loveland? Here is your chance. The City of Loveland has some land for sale and they are accepting bids on it. The land is located at the southwest corner of I-25 and Hwy 402. 

Experienced, qualified farming individuals or firms may submit written proposals including annual payment per acre amounts.  The property must be used for planting and harvesting crops.  No hunting or trespassing will be permitted on the property.

Proposals must be received by the City no later than 2 p.m., Thursday, August 16.  A proposal submission form and other information is available from the City of Loveland website at cityofloveland.org/farmbid.

You can also attend a pre-proposal meeting at 9 a.m., Tuesday, August 7 at the City of Loveland Maintenance Operations Center, 105 W. 5^th St. in the upper conference room in Loveland.
