Cheyenne Woman Gets Praise in Denver

Congratulations to Brianna Borin for being named among Denver's 40 under 40, according to ShortGo.

Brianna is an alum of Cheyenne East High School. Her parents are Steven Borin and Dr. Carol Fisher, who live right here in Cheyenne. After Brianna graduated from Cheyenne East, she went on to get a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Denver.  She is the Executive Director of Snooze, a very popular breakfast establishment in Denver.

Snooze was founded in April of 2006 by two brothers, Jon and Adam Schlegel. It may only seem like a breakfast place to you but these two brothers want to change the A.M. dining experience. The food they cater to the most is pancakes. Pancakes are great the way they are but these brothers put a whole new twist on traditional breakfast meals.
