Annual Belly Flop Contest at Water World Being Held on Wednesday

Are you a college student and a master of the BELLY FLOP?

Think you have what it takes to have the best STOMACH DIVE in Colorado?

Water World wants you to put up or shut up on Wednesday as they hold their annual "Collegiate Belly Flop Showdown"! According to a press release sent out today, currently enrolled college students are able to participate.

Students will take turns at their best stomach dives on two different heights into the park's Thunder Bay tsunami wave pool. Laptops and scholarships will be handed out to the students who show the best FLOPS throughout the event.

A preliminary round will kick off at 10am and then at 11am, all the action will commence!

If you're looking to watch the event and take in all the fun that Water World has to offer, come down for the day! It's located west of I-25 at 88th and Pecos in Federal Heights.
