Valentines Day is right around the corner, and you'll want to make your dinner reservations early to get the best spot. But where should you go in Fort Collins?

The city of Fort Collins is a great spot to spend the night with your significant other, especially since the holiday lights will be celebrating their last night making your evening memorable.

There are also many great restaurants throughout the city that will help to make the evening as romantic as possible. Here are five that I highly recommend you spend Valentines Day at, and enjoy the best meal that you and your significant could enjoy together.

Let us know what other restaurants you think should make it on the list!

The Melting Pot (334 E Mountain Avenue)

The Melting Pot is definitely one of the top options in the city of Fort Collins to check out for an amazing Valentines Day dinner. The restaurant has different romantic options you can choose from to make your night even more special. Plus, nothing says romance more than starting your meal with a delicious cheese fondue. Well, at least in my world there is nothing better.

Bisetti's Ristorante (120 South College Avenue)

Since it will be the last night of the holiday lights being on in downtown Fort Collins, imagine sitting at your table at Bisetti's eating a delicious meal while the lights overlook you. If you and your significant other like Italian food, there is no better location for a romantic night out than Bisetti's. Just make sure you don't wear a white shirt, just in case you drop some of the delicious Bisetti's sauce down your front. That may just put a damper on the Valentine evening.

Cafe Vino (1200 South College Avenue)

One of the best things about having a romantic night at Cafe Vino for Valentines Day is you and your significant other have many great options to choose from. Want small plates that you and your partner can share with each other? There tapas options are definitely something to rave about. But if each of you wants your own plate of food, they have larger options to satisfy any appetite.

The Chocolate Cafe (102 W Olive Street)

If you're looking for a great dessert to wrap up your Valentines Day night, you don't need to look any further than The Chocolate Cafe. Listen to some of these amazing desserts: White Chocolate Croissant Bread Pudding, Toffee Chocolate Brownie, and Tiramisu Cheesecake are just a few of the options for your nightcap. Plus, don't forget that chocolate is a natural aphrodisiac. So there's that for your Valentines Day as well.

Ace Gillett's Lounge (239 South College Avenue)

Ace Gillett's has that laid back feel to it that you and your loved one will enjoy when you wrap up the night. With amazing drinks, and small plates of food, you can either end your night here or just pull up a seat and stay for as long as you'd like. Plus keep an eye on their calendar to see what they'll have for live music that night!
